For July we wanted to take advantage of all the seasonal produce from our own region. Cabbages are sweet and juicy; green beans are succulent and delicious. Not to mention the cucumbers and tomatoes. Regionally, the menu is broadly North Indian. Simple dishes made with fresh ingredients. We hope you enjoy these gifts of the summer season.
